Customer satisfaction is a top priority in many organizations.

As a leader with years of experience ensuring customer satisfaction, We have a proven track record of improving customers’ perception of an organization. Spotting issues quickly and finding meaningful solutions promotes a win-win atmosphere for the customer and as well as the organization.

As experts in operational leadership, We ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety issues. We are versed in the Joint Commission’s standards for organizations, as well as with Department of Health regulatory requirements. The guidelines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) must be followed. We can work with your team to ensure compliance with these standards.

As health organizations face challenges with patient flow and throughput, overcrowding in emergency rooms, delays in patient discharge, and the utilization of hallway beds, many leaders struggle to find solutions; in fact, in many of our organizations, this struggle has become the new norm. The crisis prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these negative experiences for many patients and families, resulting in a decrease in patient satisfaction with their care. We have developed a proven system for facilitating early discharge and preventing bottlenecks in the emergency room, as well as on the patient care units. Why not have our team show you how to establish this system at your medical center and improve the patient experience in your organization.

The COVID-19 pandemic created serious staffing shortages in healthcare, stemming from low recruitment and retention and high turnover of nurses in the profession. Prior to the pandemic, the profession was approaching a devastating shortage of nurses owing to the retirement of approximately 500,000 RNs from the profession by 2022? By 2030, the United States is projected to suffer a shortage of 1.1 million RNs . This nursing shortage is not unique to the United States. The current global nursing workforce of approximately 27.9 million nurses was projected before the pandemic to be short approximately 5.9 million nurses (Sustain and Retain in 2022 and Beyond: The Global Nursing Workforce).
